Very helpful and have supported my IVA through the whole process
Only initial criticism they might be a bit more assertive in what to expect in the initial stages of the IVA once put into place
However, it is impossible to cover every possibility. That’s why the whole team are supportive of various circumstances and with excellent customer service I was passed to the relevant department.
As someone nearing 60 who has never been nor thought they would be in this position then it is a bit daunting.
I think I’m just getting a handle on this and as long as I keep in touch with them and play by the terms set out then everything will be fine.
Big thanks to everyone involve both matter whether an advisor, call handler or someone offering more specialist advice.
