Having been turned down for an IVA with another firm I contacted the IVA Advisor Who took up the cudgel with my creditors and has managed to get them to agree that granting me an IVA is the best way forward. The creditors wanted to take my car but the advisor hung in there for several days putting my case across and now I don’t have to sell my car and I have the IVA. Changed my life - thank you.
