One of the best customer services experiences I have had! You call the store, speak to an actual person, who can help take your order, guide your order, and let you know on shipping.
We were coming from out of town to pick up the furniture which we wanted very quickly for a party we were hosting. It was ensured the order was ready for pick up that evening, despite delays with the shipping side. We will defn be back.
