Even though the item I ordered arrived damaged, I know it was not your fault as it shipped direct from Four Hands. The reason I am giving 5 stars is for the attention and service I received before I ordered (Marisol replied to a few questions I had at lightning speed) and after I received the damaged item (Marisol was so gracious and accountable, and immediately arranged for a refund/return). She is a spectacular asset to your company! I’d recommend Khazana based solely on my customer service interactions with her.
