The company itself was fine to work with but our product experience was not great. A few years back we ordered chairs. They started breaking fairly quickly. The company replaced two of them but we have continued to have problems. We eventually replaced our chairs and use these as extra and overflow. Each and every chair has cracked wood under the material. 4 of the 8 being thrown out because they were completely unusable.
