I don't understand,so many folks unhappy for various reasons,I've always had great service from koin club,it quite clearly gives info about subscriptions etc,my deliveries have always arrived on time,I have had one problem but customer service really went the extra mile to help,my latest three coins arrived on time yesterday,overall nothing negative to say,I'm happy to continue buying from koin club
