“The Koin Club had a very good reputation years ago but has waned severely over the last few years. The American style of marketing has infected this business. Dubious marketing and patronising,deceitful and supercilious PR ( customer relations) are the main focus. Quality, diligence and integrity are irrelevant now. Avarice is the overwhelming force. The packaging of product is just amateurish and shows complete disdain for the product. It’s totally unsuitable for international delivery. The customer service staff have no concept of customer relations. They have no integrity and can be patronising with a possible sense of entitlement. Someone may have a mistake with the initial pricing of the £5 Pink Floyd coin ( $10:00 instead of $ 30:00). Don’t deceive or manipulate the situation to try and rectify the issue. Own it, be honest people will understand, customers will never understand a lack of integrity. The worst thing is that the owner is a former royal marine who served in a conflict zone ( these people should be appreciated and shown gratitude). People who serve in the armed forces are diligent, trustworthy and loyal, attributes missing from sections of The Koin Club business. There needs to be major improvements made to the attitude and behaviour of some sections within this organisation. Otherwise the reputation will keep suffering ( two stars now on review sites). Thank you Martin ps , for the owner thank you sincerely for your service and sacrifice for your country in the armed forces. I have been extremely fortunate to have known ex servicemen that served in WWll and Vietnam. They deserved far more appreciation and gratitude than was given. A heartfelt thank you to you sir for your service.”

“Never mentioned there would be a customs charge as I didn’t realize the coins come from Britain! They wrapped the coins (which are in a plastic case) in thin cheap paper so the coins fell out! Luckily Canada Post noticed and repackaged them. However both coins are damaged and the company is doing nothing about it! Don’t buy from this company!”

“Appalling dishonest practices from this company. I subscribed to flower fairies priced at $16.50 per coin. The next month they charged me $65 plus shipping and claimed this was “the next coin in the series”. Will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. Shameful. Avoid at all costs.”

“I’m very disappointed with my experience with The Koin Club. I returned an item within a week of receiving it, but I never received any confirmation that my return was processed. For two months, I had to chase them through emails, Messenger, and live chat just to get any response. The lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable. It should not take months of follow-up from the customer to get a simple update on a return. This has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience, and I will not be purchasing from The Koin Club again.”

“Very little or no customer service, the problem was i payed for my monthly subscription, i recived the same coin i had a month ago and they then tryed to bill me again for the new coin that i should of got and there was no support to sort this problem out”

“this company are the hardest to get hold of when things go wrong, they send duplicate orders out and charge you for them even when they have sent the full collection out already, trying to get a refund is ridiculous. where is the number to ring to actually speak to someone, the robot is ludicrous and cant get answers to queries. ive collected with them for a few years now and ive got more depressed with them the longer i collect with them. the customer service is none existent, e mails get answered when they can be bothered. dont know why i collect with them.”
