“I've had a package that was damaged and items missing by Royal mail and I send back the the returns department. The tracker is showing that it arrived at your warehouse on the 2nd of Sep, In the response on the 18th the person sending me an e-mail claims to have not received the package despite it showing on Royal mail tracker that the package is in Poole where the Koinclub returns address is. I would like a refund or replacement. I should apologize for using a review website to and solve this problem but I'm not. I've been trying to solve this problem since near the middle of last month only to get a reply when I complained on a review website and after waiting 14 days I've run out of patients.”

“I have been collecting a set of coins, but with two problems. Firstly they keep charging me for and sending me the last coin in the set, I have 4 copies of the same coin. Secondly, the only way to contact the company is via email, and they just ignore it. You don’t even get an acknowledgment. I am so disappointed, I like the coins and had intended to collect other sets, but won’t bother now. It just seems like a bit of a scam.”
“Terrible company. I have been using there subscription services to collect 2 coin collections. I haven't recieved all the koins but they have now let the subscriptions run on to other I haven't ordered and do not want. They are product pushing. Horrendous customer services. I cant get hold of anyone to talk/chat/email with. I have tried every way of contact with no response. I returned 2 items and haven't recieved a refund or confirmation after 1 month. I wish inhad never started with koin club. They arnt in the UK, I think they are in Gibraltar.
