“I keep getting payment failure on my almost finished 2 collections I put in a new card for payment and keep getting faIlure but there is $$$$$$ I'm the bank been to the bank and on there website and called tjete is money to pay fore my subscription wrote to them answer and I don't know if Zendesk there customer service line in Calif is still operating where I got rear help I don't know what to think now .I went back to activate emails to try and get a hold of zemdes no answer and no email saying we received your email yet just wrote the email May 4 ,2024 at about 9:20 pm ish see what happened a bit disappointed going so well also last order if I ever see my 2 subscriptions finish .........”
“I've ordered a number of coins as part of series. They've delivered some but not all and have sent duplicate coins on no fewer than 3 out of 14 orders. Customer service is not very responsive and yields nonsense answers. No value to contacting them at all. Their online account information is also unreliable. At this point, I'm not sure that I'll ever complete my collections since my subscription for one has just disappeared from my account. Not really worth the trouble. Stay away.”

“Infinity war coins, Iv seen better quality marvel coins on Ebay, the whole secret 999 club is a joke especially as there letting in customers from another collection, just so the can make more money out of the so called specials for the club. Should of stayed to the original loyal 1st 999 collectors only, as originally set up for.
& the so called customer service, only respond to certain customers quickly others have to wait, to much favoritism, Especially form the so called Nick Fury on the 999 club, when people say it as it is, he gets threatening, & dont get me started with the special treatment of people getting items not on 1st come 1st serve basis.”
