“placed many orders from this website everything has always arrived and any emails i have sent with questions have always been answered within a few days. i have had 4 subscriptions with this company 3 of which i have completed and 1 currently receiving. in there terms and conditions it clearly states after completion of a subscription a new 1 will start unless canceled if you log in to your account and manage your subscription you can cancel before they send you the first coin .”

“So i had a issues with this company and in there defense there customer service is great i had put a order in for a grandad keepsake and i had duplicate payment and had no email confirming my order but once i had contacted them they told me there having problems with the system and max who was a great help told me my order had been packaged and sent and i would receive my refund for my duplicate payment within 5 working days.
So i noticed they have a few negative reviews with the same issues but i would recomend them 100% there website has a amazing selection great prices they ship worldwide i live in spain so this was great there customer service is fab too so for anyone in doubt i would give them a go.”

The only downside is that you have to call them to cancel, rather than press a button, so maybe that's why people are finding it difficult.
