Not sure why there are so many reviews complaining about the subscription service. When I signed up, it was clearly stated that I would have to cancel or be auto enrolled onto the membership plan. The only downside is that you have to call them to cancel, rather than press a button, so maybe that's why people are finding it difficult.
I kept my subscription and have almost finished my 2nd Disney Classic collection for my daughter to inherit.
