“I ordered what I thought was a full set of coins for £14. One coin turned up. Today they have taken £40 from my account and had me subscribed to get a coin each month. A 50 p coin that says 50 cents. Been trying to get the order cancelled and a refund all day.”

“I am disappointed with one of the purchases I have received. I have asked the question on the website about the kind of Gold used with the plating of this extra large coin. The information is not freely available. I have looked and I cannot see it anywhere. And like other companies which give you a complete breakdown of the materials used this company seem very reluctant to do this. Even the information provided with the coin isn’t clear in regards to the gold used. Very poor in regards to being able to contact this company verbally. I am unable to find a number to speak to someone very easily. I shall keep looking and once I am able to speak to them, these questions hopefully will be answered.”

“I ordered a gold eagle, and 24 silver bars...I received the gold eagle and thst is all, they sent me to automated response when I asked for either a refund or my coins that I ordered, or talk to a person and they send me back to an automated response machine that doesn't recognize my order number. NOT HAPPY!!”

“Absolutely useless can't get hold of anyone have to go through Ai on line have sent 3 emails and they keep sending me back to the Ai online page with no joy. Have been waiting 18 days for my order. They need a telephone number to call so you can speak with a real person Will think very hard about buying anything else from them”
