this company are the hardest to get hold of when things go wrong, they send duplicate orders out and charge you for them even when they have sent the full collection out already, trying to get a refund is ridiculous. where is the number to ring to actually speak to someone, the robot is ludicrous and cant get answers to queries. ive collected with them for a few years now and ive got more depressed with them the longer i collect with them. the customer service is none existent, e mails get answered when they can be bothered. dont know why i collect with them.
