I’m very disappointed with my experience with The Koin Club. I returned an item within a week of receiving it, but I never received any confirmation that my return was processed. For two months, I had to chase them through emails, Messenger, and live chat just to get any response.
The lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable. It should not take months of follow-up from the customer to get a simple update on a return. This has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience, and I will not be purchasing from The Koin Club again.
