There is definetly a learning curve with these goggles. They felt great the first time I put them on but leaked and actually 'pinched' a little in the corner of one of my eyes (I am older and have sort of saggy eyelids). I tightened them a bit for my second swim and similar thing happened but my third swim they were perfect. I'm not sure how you can improve that experience, you do send great emails before they arrived but maybe those instructions with the actual goggles? I had to hunt down the emails and would rather have had those instructions in the box with the goggles.
