Overall, the process of doing the scan and ordering was very easy. The only suggestion I would make is to maybe include the case with purchase or allow cases to be ordered as a standalone. It wasn't clear at the time of order that I needed to order the case at that time or I wouldn't be able to in the future. Fortunately, the customer service department worked with me and we got it figured out.
