There was some mismatch between ails I was receiving (seemed like marketing style ones that told me how to use my goggles) and where my order was actually up to (had not been shipped or constructed yet). Also, very confusing as to the requirement to add a case to my order, multiple places stated "with your supplied case" but no case is mentioned on the product screen purchase screen, and the case product screen does not specify "add this to your order, your goggles do not automatically come with one". I would prefer the costs rolled together, with the option to purchase more if I wanted, rather than the chance of not having a case
