The first set of goggles was the wrong model and it did not fit well. The customer service during the replacement process was outstanding and I received a new pair (correct model) within a couple of weeks. The fit now is good, not perfect. It requires that I clear the water that slowly sips in a few times a workout, but the fit is very comfortable.
