It took me a few try’s to adjust. I would have liked more instructions about fitting them since they fit closer to the eye than traditional goggles. My face is small and I tried differed nose pieces and then went back to original. I think I’m not quite fitted because they fog up. I don’t believe that I have touched the inside lens. I’m planning to work with the fit and rinse them with plain water next time that I try them I took up swimming as a senior so I’m not an equipment expert.
