I ordered a pair of goggles for a trip but did not receive in time. Apparently my scan was not validated and I did not receive notification of this. When I did reach out, customer service was good and responsive. When I did receive my goggles, they were not the pair I ordered. Again, customer service was good and responsive.
Unfortunately I have not been able to use my goggles but I did try them on and am excited about putting them to use.
