I purchased an HTML template that didn't work as promised. Despite having 6 months of support included, I was unable to get assistance. When I logged a dispute with PayPal, ThemeForest blocked my account. They later emailed me, stating that my account would be unblocked if I marked the dispute as resolved. I'm not willing to do so, as I believe ThemeForest is selling outdated templates at inflated prices without providing adequate support.
