“ThemeForest is a great platform for WordPress themes and plugins, unfortunately from the marketing text that you buy everything with a one-click installation, this is not true. You still need at least basic knowledge of WordPress. OR it's easier to hire a developer to make you a site based on the purchased template. You can't get this for $50)
- The developers are not obliged to do this for free just because you bought the theme, this is paid for separately.
- server, security settings are all on your side, wordpress and themes have nothing to do with it.
* yes there are bad ones, but there are also good and solid themes

It shows i page and I raised4-5 tickets for support.

I contacted the theme author but he didn't give any response and I raised a dispute on paypal for refund. As soon as I raised dispute on paypal, themeforest blocked my account. After some time, decision came in my favour on paypal and they refunded my money.
I again contacted themeforest to unblock my account but they are now saying that I have to send them money for the purchased products which is ridiculous. Still my account is blocked. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from themeforest because even if there are bugs in the application, they won't refund you money.”

“You basically pay for the privilege for hackers to hack your site. Themes are full of backdoor viruses. I bought a theme from themeforest and got hacked straight away from a fresh wordpress install... the only thing added was the themeforest theme. Themeforest dont care they wont even refund me.”
