We are currently in the middle of a shared ownership application, and I cannot tell you how amazed we are with how amazing, friendly and professional Jen is, she is a credit to the company, as first time buyers this process is terrifying but from the moment I spoke to Jen I was completely put at ease, Jen managed to get us a AIP in around 4 hours and even got us a to be able to offer a larger share purchase, although we have yet to here back from HA and it could all not go ahead I will still be so great full and amazed at just how quick and professionally Jen has dealt with the process, from receiving tons of panicked emails from me! Speaking to the housing association And even keeping me updated day and night, even if we don’t get this property I will definitely carry on keeping Jen and the company as my main point of contact moving forward such a wonderful team.
