“David was brilliant, very efficient and helpful throughout the whole process of getting us a new mortgage offer. He kept us updated throughout, and also went above and beyond to reassure us and speed up the process where possible, after we had a nightmare buying experience and needed to get a brand new mortgage offer. We’d recommend him highly.”

“Half way through our house buying process and have used the Mortgage Hut to apply for and secure our mortgage and I can easily say I am beyond happy with the service we have received. Our mortgage advisor Fiona has been very proactive and communication has been easy and stress free. Everything has been explained to us in depth and she has really taken the time to ensure we understand everything she is telling us and everything that is going on. She is a dream and couldn’t recommend her enough! We have also been in contact with Natasha, the mortgage administrator, and she has been providing us with solicitor updates frequently and informing us of any new updates or information. She has been prompt with answering our questions and queries and has always provided really good explanations. I could not fault this company thus far and feel very lucky and grateful to work with such a professional team. We also went with the solicitor that Fiona recommended to us and they have also been incredible so that made choosing a solicitor less stressful! As first time buyers, we needed all the help we can get and I feel Fiona and Natasha helped immensely with everything. Very happy!”

“Oliver and Nichola were very helpful with securing our mortgage and remained considerate of our feelings and stresses throughout the whole journey. Our mortgage offer took 6 weeks due to reasons out of anyone’s control but they put our minds at ease daily and kept us completley in the loop. As self employed individuals we wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Thanks again 😁”

“Exceptional service throughout from Amy Flanagan at the Mortgage Hut. Amy was incredibly helpful with arranging our mortgage when we moved house. Her professionalism, experience and knowledge is outstanding and made it such a smooth process. Amy was always on hand to answer any questions we had over the phone and via email and she helped us to meet our needs. Amy and the team kept us updated throughout the process and we couldn't recommend Amy enough. “Time and time again we come back to The Mortgage Hut, specifically Natasha Strath, who has been nothing but exceptional in helping us. Making the initial phone call in 2020 was the best move I have made in all of my house purchases. Nothing is to complicated, and Natasha seems to be able to find ways to help in any situation. I have used Natasha to buy, move and re-mortgage and genuinely wouldn't choose anyone else to help through this process. Overall, I would (and have) recommend The Mortgage Hut to anyone looking to buy, move, re-mortgage, anything.”

“I can’t recommend David and The Mortgage Hut enough. From the first time I spoke to David, I felt that he really genuinely wanted to help. Our mortgage was so complicated and I had other advisors give me a flat out no before speaking to David. Other advisors literally had no interest in even trying to help. David worked tirelessly to help us get a mortgage and there were multiple times when we thought we had a lender but they fell through for one reason or another. I dreaded answering the phone to David at times incase he was ready to give up but he never did. We owe everything to David. We were served a Section 21 last June and it was one of the most stressful times of our lives. After being unable to find another rental, we changed course and began our journey to buy. Throughout the mortgage application process, I knew that David likely had a stack of much easier applications on his desk. Ours was so complicated and the process was painful but David never gave up and thanks to him, we collected the keys to our first purchased home together in February of this year. We are forever grateful to David and The Mortgage Hut. I don’t know where we would be right now without him and his determination.”

“They’ve been excellent from start to finish. With everyone being quick to respond, talk through queries and help us along the way on our first mortgage. It was a daunting process but being part of the police they’ve helped and provided specialist assistance. I can’t recommend enough to colleagues and others to get in touch! From Jack to Natasha and Becca as well as Shona and Matt before that. Everyone has been great to deal with.”

“We’ve just had a mortgage offer received after working with Daniel and Andy at the Mortgage hut. They were both really helpful and kept in touch throughout the application process. Daniel helped in securing the best deal for us and also exploring all our options available. Once things were handed over to Andy as soon as he had anything to update he would be in touch and if we had any questions he was prompt in his responses. Overall it’s been a really positive experience of securing a mortgage through the mortgage hut thanks to both Andy and Daniel.”
