“As first time buyers we were a bit stressed and confused. However, David To has helped us throughout the process finding us the best deal and being supportive all the time. Excellent service, I would definitely recommend David To!”

“It’s ok for the standard customers as when there is a customised approach in finding deals the advisers are disinterested or lacking the skill set to find the right deals. For the fee one would expect a better service than their brokers can offer. They absolutely have no clue about professional mortgages despite claiming to know it market it as such.”

“Very pleased that Mortgage Hut managed to secure a deal for our mortgage extension. We'd previously had a very stressful time (with another broker & lender) and so it would have helped if they had been a bit more attentive after they secured the deal. Otherwise no complaints.”

“Not great. We had a rather complicated scenario to find a mortgage for and it's been a long process to eventually find a lender to agree to help us. We were put in touch with Amy who from the beginning seemed disinterested in helping us, maybe it was because our situation was too complicated for her, which I understand, but I feel the no contact after we gave up 1 hour of our time to answer all her questions was unprofessional. We may use Mortgage Hut again in the future but would request to have another broker. We have since found a mortgage outside of Mortgage Hut.”

“I was very sceptical when calling the mortgage hut as I had previously been turned down by lenders in the past. However, I thought what have I got to loose? On initial call in July 23 an appointment was booked and I had a call from Steve who took a copy of my credit report and talked me through what will happen next. He explained, in detail the full process and cost. In a matter of a week Steve called and said he had me a mortgage in principal. I looked for a home and put an offer in. On calling the company to confirm I was ready to apply I found out Steve had left the company and was handed over to Luke. Luke was brilliant and was up to date on my case showing a good handover was given. Luke proceeded with the application and in a devastating blow I was declined. Luke phoned to give me the news but explained he had another option and to try applying for this new lender. Again I was sceptical, however, gave it one last try. I got it! Luke was brilliant and took me through the whole process and secured the mortgage. There was a lot of paperwork and evidence required which would have scrambled my mind. Luke just told me what I needed and when for. He took care of everything. Once the mortgage was approved and solicitors where doing their process Luke was always on the end of the phone with an army of experts and after care team. Luke watch this process from start to finish having his team update me at every corner. I moved in yesterday. I have a mortgage property, something I never thought would happen. If you are finding getting a mortgage difficult, I suggest giving the mortgage hut a try. Friendly, professional, and exceptionally good customer service and support. This company will go above and beyond to help you.”

Jacky explains the different options very well and chased things on our behalf with the providers. More than happy to use Jacky and Mortgage Hut again in the future.”

“We spoke to lots of mortgage brokers initially at the start of our quest to find a mortgage. Our situation was not straightforward and all and we didn’t feel confident. David To was my favourite from the minute I spoke to him and I knew he would be the one to help us. Thank you for all your help and hard work to secure our mortgage offer.”

“The mortgage hut have been spot on. Being a first time buyer with only a 5% deposit and a low credit score we spent some time looking for a broker to suit our needs and mortgage hut did exactly that. From start to finish they have been clear and efficient with all communication. Luke looked after us and got us a great deal in super quick time too. Luke issued us with an AIP on 27th Oct, we put in and had an offer accepted 5 days later, a week after that luke submitted our application then less than 2 weeks later we had our mortgage offer! All our questions were answered quickly and clearly (we had quite a few). Andy also helped once the application was submitted and equally provided a great service. Glad we chose mortgage hut and would definitely recommend 👍🏻”
