“I have had the most wonderful service from Natasha, Nichola and Becca. All of my questions and concerns have been dealt with quickly and each time they have reassured me that things are ok. I have tried to go through the process with a different firm 5 years ago and everything fell apart, that was one of the most stressful times. The other company told me I couldn't borrow the money I needed to buy a reasonable house. On this occasion I planned to get a shared ownership house as I am 5 years older now. Natasha quickly ran some sums and told me that I could borrow over twice what the other company offered. Then she linked me in with a solicitor firm that was £200-£400 cheaper than any local firm and sorted me out with a surveyor who sorted out the level 2 survey in less than a week. Big thanks to you all, once this all goes through, you have truly changed our lives for the better”

“Fiona has been absolutely incredibly all through the process. She explained everything numerous times and kept so patient while I understood everything. She was very accommodating to my busy schedule and was refreshing to talk to such a lovely human while working everything out.”

“With my particular process I had a lot of issues this was nothing to do with the mortgage but they have been amazing and very supportive and helpful to me helping me though these issues that happened outside of applying for a new mortgage. I particular want to thank Natasha and Nicola, I can’t fault their customer service they were always thier ready for my questions and helping me thought this particular stressful process. I would recommend the mortgage hut to anybody based on the amazing service I have been given. Thank you”

“We began our moving journey by speaking to Daniel from the Mortgage Hut. We cannot fault the service Daniel has provided so far for us. We had an initial one hour call where we discussed what we were looking for in a new home, as well as reviewing our finances in detail. The following day, after sending over the requested documents, Daniel provided us with a comprehensive email clearly outlining what we could afford. The process has been professional, efficient, and extremely helpful from the very start. We will look to continue our house buying journey with Daniel.”

“Dan and Andy were absolutely fantastic. We used them for our first house purchase. Both were so friendly, helpful and understanding when we had no clue what we were doing. Dan was with us the whole way through from start to finish and the service was second to none. Andy helped later on down the line when our mortgage application was submitted and kept us updated, this was a great addition. Would highly recommend.”
