“I had a fantastic experience working with Nichola and Suzanne at Mortgage Hut. They secured me a great mortgage offer and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Communication was excellent throughout — they kept me informed at every step and were always quick to respond to any questions I had. What really stood out was how genuinely invested they were in helping me get the best outcome. It never felt transactional; they truly cared about the process and my situation. “This was my second experience of the Mortage Hut. The first time they had been very good and secured me the mortgage I needed in the midst of the Covid crisis. This time round they have performed just as well and then some, with David Io putting time in outside of hours to successfully secure for me a great mortgage rate quickly while mortgage rates were beginning to change because of the escalating America-Iran conflict and its consequences on inflation. I highly recommend these guys, it's been really worth using them as a broker rather than trying to sort things out myself. Overall both cost, time and stress saving.”

“Richard was very helpful and friendly and helped through the entire process of getting a life insurance. He was very professional and very quick to keep me informed of the entire process letting me know step by step what was happening to my application. I definitely felt I was a valued customer and was being looked after by Richard.
