My Mortgage advisor, Jacky Lambert, was absolutely great from start to finish. My daughter and I had complex needs for a mortgage, and despite several setbacks over the course of a long period (which weren't under Jackys' control), she always let us know what our options were, kept us well informed and was able to arrive at a solution. She was also very patient with me as I'm not a very proficient computer literate. I would highly recommend her. The £999 broker fee is rather high, but if all the other advisors are up to Jackys' standard it represents good value!
