I am a first time buyer and really little to no idea about what we were getting into but Amy Hinder really helped by going through everything in detail. She was pretty much available to answer any questions, concerns or queries that I had. Nichola Sherar was also very helpful in making sure that our lender was able to receive all the right documents needed for the application in a timely manner. I received an offer from the lender just 3 days after the application was sent. The service was very efficient and effective!
