Terrible communication and customer service. No one showed up for the booked appointment. No cancellation or apology. Then despite many phonecalls and emails, where I was promised a callback etc, no meeting could be arranged. If they are this bad at that 1st contact stage then I would hate to need them for any urgent enquiry or problem during the actual process. Does not fill me with confidence.
