I could easily write a quick review stating that the mortgage hut are quick and efficient, and this would be true, but I feel that they need to be commended on the level of customer care they have shown me more than anything else. I am so grateful for the level of detail, help and general guidance around mortgages that they gave me. I had my own mortgage advisor on hand before speaking with the mortgage hut, but after a single chat with Jess, it became apparent that they hadn't provided me with a fraction of the understanding around the market that Jess did, so I dropped them. Customer care is key.
