Not great. We had a rather complicated scenario to find a mortgage for and it's been a long process to eventually find a lender to agree to help us. We were put in touch with Amy who from the beginning seemed disinterested in helping us, maybe it was because our situation was too complicated for her, which I understand, but I feel the no contact after we gave up 1 hour of our time to answer all her questions was unprofessional. We may use Mortgage Hut again in the future but would request to have another broker. We have since found a mortgage outside of Mortgage Hut.
