I’ve dealt with Giacomo the last two times I needed a new mortgage, and the most recent time I also dealt with Andy Holding. Both couldn’t do enough to help. I was particularly stressed (due to other external factors) and sent them many messages asking for updates; they were understanding, reassuring and very helpful. They replied promptly and customer service is an obvious priority for them. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a new mortgage. They’ll get you the best rates and the best deals as well.
