the lady Amy, she is very uncertain , a bit rude,
she asked question that totally not her business and halfway dropped my application without helping me.
Maybe she keen or oky only with white British to serve and not others
even when I said to her I was not happy with her behavior and service instead to apologies and clarify , she closed my application without discussing with me.
