Daniel was extremely helpful, so attentive, and spent a lot of time and effort reassuring us that we would be accepted for a mortgage! I had some worries going into it as I have a small debt and thought there's no way I'd get a mortgage - Daniel reassured me that as far as I'm making my payments every month (which I am) we were actually eligible for more than what we thought! He gave us some rates, answered all of my questions (and there were a lot!) with grace and helpfulness, I couldn't have asked for a better person to calm my nerves about it all.
