Had a consultation with David To today and I was very impressed with all the information and terms on mortgages, the process and buying process that was explained to me in a way that I felt I finally understood the stuff I was hearing about with being a first time buyer. I was able to ask any questions and have them answered and explained fully to help in understanding the borrowing my partner and I could have. David asked for information from both of us and gave us time to locate it in files with no complaints and made sure he didn’t leave the call before making sure we didn’t have any questions, letting us know when to except to hear from him again and that we had the emails he had sent over in front of us. So far this has been the best and most throughly done broker appointment I’ve had and I’m really happy and impressed with the level of communication in the call and after as well when sending documents in to get the process started. Couldn’t recommend David enough.
