I can’t recommend David and The Mortgage Hut enough. From the first time I spoke to David, I felt that he really genuinely wanted to help. Our mortgage was so complicated and I had other advisors give me a flat out no before speaking to David. Other advisors literally had no interest in even trying to help. David worked tirelessly to help us get a mortgage and there were multiple times when we thought we had a lender but they fell through for one reason or another. I dreaded answering the phone to David at times incase he was ready to give up but he never did. We owe everything to David. We were served a Section 21 last June and it was one of the most stressful times of our lives. After being unable to find another rental, we changed course and began our journey to buy. Throughout the mortgage application process, I knew that David likely had a stack of much easier applications on his desk. Ours was so complicated and the process was painful but David never gave up and thanks to him, we collected the keys to our first purchased home together in February of this year. We are forever grateful to David and The Mortgage Hut. I don’t know where we would be right now without him and his determination.
