Half way through our house buying process and have used the Mortgage Hut to apply for and secure our mortgage and I can easily say I am beyond happy with the service we have received. Our mortgage advisor Fiona has been very proactive and communication has been easy and stress free. Everything has been explained to us in depth and she has really taken the time to ensure we understand everything she is telling us and everything that is going on. She is a dream and couldn’t recommend her enough! We have also been in contact with Natasha, the mortgage administrator, and she has been providing us with solicitor updates frequently and informing us of any new updates or information. She has been prompt with answering our questions and queries and has always provided really good explanations. I could not fault this company thus far and feel very lucky and grateful to work with such a professional team. We also went with the solicitor that Fiona recommended to us and they have also been incredible so that made choosing a solicitor less stressful! As first time buyers, we needed all the help we can get and I feel Fiona and Natasha helped immensely with everything. Very happy!
