They were honest from the beginning and were at the end of the phone line or email and responded very promptly! Chloe our advisor was outstanding, we had a question that was troubling us so we emailed at the weekend, not expecting a response but she replied and settled our minds, allowing us to enjoy the rest of the weekend! Nothing was ever a bother and always supportive! Thank you
