I used to like North Face jackets for their quality, but not anymore. I bought a fleece, tried it on once, and left it in my wardrobe. The next time I tried it on, it had completely lost its shape. I sent it to North Face under warranty with all the tags and packaging still intact, expecting a replacement or at least a proper investigation. Instead, I was met with disgusting customer service. They didn’t even bother to investigate, despite me repeatedly asking for the issue to be escalated to a manager. Absolutely shocking. Avoid this company at all costs—terrible products and even worse service.
