I filled out the consumer repair return form for faulty gloves and the address I had to send them was to USA March 2024. I was sent a credit note for the USA site. However the credit note is of no value as they do not deliver to Ireland. I emailed customer service and they sent the gloves to an address in USA which I never gave. Emailed them back and they said contact Fedex to get the gloves returned. I did this but Fedex informed me that it is the sender's responsibilty not the receiver. I have never received a replacement from North Face for the gloves I returned.
Aftersales service for North Face is absolutely appalling I would not recommend anyone to buy from North Face.
