Poor service, they just stopped answering my questions. I purchased a frame, but their system failed to proceed checkout. So my money is taken from the card anyway (and perhaps locked), but in words of a service worker, not accepted on their side. Doesn't seem they are interested in helping me buy this item though I liked the price and a discount coupon.
