I message thephonedoctor-uk using the chat facility and even though it was early evening I got an approximate cost and was told he could fix my Samsung S20+ cracked screen the following day with genuine Samsung parts. I took my phone to his premises at 9am and got a call mid afternoon to say it was done and apologised for it taking longer than he said. I went to collect my phone and it was powered on waiting to be unlocked. The screen as good as new and the tempered glass screen protector he fitted could hardly be seend and worked with the fingerprint security. After giving my phone the once over I was very pleased with the workmanship and the service I received. I would highly recommend
