I placed an order for a Christmas tree through the Range's website on 1st December; they took the money on the 6th December 2021. I am still waiting and have received no communication apart from an automated response saying they will reply in 4 days. This doesn't give me much chance to buy a new christmas tree if necessary. I won't be buying from the Range online again. My FB posts on the Range's website are automatically removed.
