I ordered a chair recently and a mirror. The chair arrived with one arm missing. I have emailed and sent a WhatsApp message as requested, as yet l've not had a response. I'm now stuck with a massive chair boxed in my tiny hallway and have asked for a refund and for the chair to be returned. I go away next week and feel totally stressed as l have a mirror being delivered and hope it isn't cracked or smashed when my neighbour takes delivery. Had l read all the complaints regarding online orders from the Range l would've never placed the order. The stress this company causes with their incompetent useless aftersale care is disgusting..Avoid at all costs.

I have given The Range 1 star because they don't have the option of ZERO stars. I ordered in item from them online. The item to be supplied by KWIK KLIK Ltd of Glasgow. I have messaged The Range customer services (the only way to contact them is via their message service) many times and to date have not received any replies. The only contact number for KWIK KLIK Ltd is actually for another company in another part of the country , who are fed up with getting calls complaining about non delivery of good from KWIK KLIK Ltd. DO NOT BUY FROM THE RANGE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GIVE A DAM ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Would I buy from them again NO_NO_NO

Part of my order arrived damaged and it was very challenging to return as company ignored my messages on return and did offer replacement part which was a nightmare to receive. When replacement was delivered driver did not deliver to my home as I was st work and obtained a signature with a picture that was clearly not my home. I reached out to the company and they checked their end and said it was delivered. I asked for them to contact the driver to let me know what address he left it at and I did not get a reply other than that it was delivered. The company issued another replacement which I asked for it to be delivered to my work and finally got the replacement after 1 month. I will never order from the range on line again bad experience and lack of customer service I sent several messages on chat and several messages on email. I wanted to return this item and they ignored me with the return.

Ordered click and collect from a store 25 miles away has this was the nearest to me showing stock arrived to pick it up to be told none in stock ,went on web site and guess what still showing in stock a 50 mile round trip for nothing

What went wrong?. Just about everything. Ordered 2 settees and an armchair. Delivered by Furdeco. ( over a week late )The backs were not fitted to the bases and they refused to fit them together saying it wasn't their job. They left the huge cardboard boxes the settees were delivered in in the street outside the house, got in their lorry and drove away. So I put them together myself which only consisted of sliding the backs into the bases. Simple. Then I find that the middle back section of the 2 seater is missing. So I phone Furdeco who delivered it, to be told i was number 48 in the queue. Waited then got cut off. So I got a number for the Range customer services, rang it , got an automated voice telling me the number was no longer active and I should e-mail customer services. So I did this, quoting order number and details including photographs of where the missing part goes. No reply. Sent another e-mail. Again no reply. The day after this i received an e-mail saying they had not heard off me and if i didnt reply within 4 days they would assume my issue was solved. This without even acknowledging my previous e-mails. I then sent yet another email, a non too friendly one stating the issue yet again. I now have an email from them saying they will get in touch with Furdeco to investigate and get back to me within 72 hours . That was 4 days ago and I have heard nothing. Terrible company. Will never ever buy anything from them again. If I could give zero stars I would.

This company is an absolute joke, on 23rd April I ordered a table and chairs patio set priced at £250,the delivery option is got was standard delivery at £19.99 or fast delivery on may1st at £24.99,I opted for fast delivery, I took the day off work and waited in all day, nothing arrived, I sent numerous messages on live chat and WhatsApp chat not 1 message was replied to,3 days later I got an email from someone called shoni stating that it wouldn't be delivered till June 5th and would I like to cancel the order and get a refund, I told them no don't cancel as I need it,2 days later they cancelled the order and sent a refund stating they couldn't forefill my order as it's out of stock!! After reading other reviews I can see that it's the norm with this company

I ordered garden furniture which is now overdue. I can't speak with anybody at The Range as no matter the question you're asked to wait 3 days! I also can't speak with Furdeco as they keep you on hold for over 30 minutes then cut you off. All AI responses and no actual phone calls. Hiding behind technology and no human contact. Avoid at all costs, I'll be disputing the payment with my card company. Wish I could give 0 star review

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 sets of garden furniture totalling over £2.5k and neither was delivered completely, or without damage. 6 weeks later I am still awaiting refunds as the Range combined with Furdeco seem completely unable to provide the advertised service. The range almost EXCLUSIVELY uses ZenDesk AI agents to handle customer service and the result is less than poor. I would strongly suggest taking your money elsewhere as the complacency required by a company to offload it's entire customer service to a poorly trained AI agent is just insulting. To clarify, there is NO way to speak to a human. Items will not be delivered on time, and most likely cancelled without notification from Josh/treasure/delight/amelia/sandra (none of who actually exist).

What a horrific shopping experience at your Norwich longwater store. 30 people queue and only three tills open and no means of escape due to banks of products blocking escape. Will never shop at the Range again and will warn off all family.

Customer service appalling. 45 minutes trying to get authorisation to return an item for refund. Tried online chat. whatsapp and email. cotinually referred back to refund policy just going round in circles. i will never buy from the range online again.

The range is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, very very poor customer service. I ordered a sofa from them well over a month ago and so far it hasn’t not arrived and it suppose be delivery on the 0204/2026. Please don’t order from this company.

Our sofas were supposed to be delivered today but we had an email this morning saying that they weren't in the country yet. We've been down and cancelled the order. Still have to wait 4 or 5 days to get a refund. They take your money straight away but almost a week before they pay it back

ZERO STARS!!!!! WORST online order system EVER!! No one to speak to in person and customer service team take so long to reply!!! I queried my delivery date as it was taking AGES and it did not arrive on the expected delivery date so I sent an email (as that's the only way to contact them). I told them I was going away non a certain date so I needed it delivering before then - bearing in mind this was 12 days after I ordered it and 6 days after the expected delivery date and they said they can cancel it. I never wanted it cancelled i just needed it to arrive before I went away. I then emailed back saying I had finally heard feom the delivery company and it was arriving the day before I was going away so all good but they cancelled it anyway so now I have no item arriving after being messed around and waiting almost 2 bloody weeks for an item that is available in my local store to be sent to my house (it doesnt fit in my car so I couldn't pick it up) & now I am going away with no item, no refund and pretty missed off at the absolute joke of "customer service" from the Range. Never shopping there again.

Absolutely zero customer service. Just a broken bot. Ordered two mirrors, couldn’t have been more delicate with the installation, both cracked immediately. So dangerous, they were for my nine year old’s room. Dangerous products and no ability to speak to anybody to resolve it. Aside from that, nowhere near enough staff on site. Queues continually ridiculous.

I’m disgusted with the ranges service . Not only did I waste 2 days sitting in for a delivery , which apparently was sent back to the depot instead of my address , but a week later , a replacement was sent which was unfit for purpose . An absolute lot of cheap plastic , not working rubbish , disguised as an upright steamer . I was told that I’d only get a partial refund if used . Of course I used it , to see if it worked ! Which it didn’t . I packed it up again . No mean feat when I’m disabled . After reams of emails , I was given a collection date for this heap of rubbish to be collected . I got up early and waited in all day as requested , Yet again , not collected . !! I will take had to forego special plans with my family to wait in . Yet again , no word from your company or courier and yet again no phone response from the local store . Do not buy from the range or the range via marketplace , I didn’t even know that was a thing until I did it online . Terrible company and experience . No resolution . I’m disgusted !!!!

i ordered a bed from the range, which i then no longer needed as the delivery took so long. returning it was no straight forward what so ever. the customer service is slow and next to non existent, after a couple of weeks they finally arranged for my order to be collected as it could not be returned directly to the store, it needed picking up. this was approx 2 weeks ago. now a month later i STILL haven’t had my refund and am getting NO reply from their terrible customer service. i will NEVER be ordering from them again.

The service is good but it's the wilko seeds not germinating, they are cheap for a reason, I should hae learnt my lesson over the last two years not to buy them waste of money but most of all waste of precious time

Ordered items and they never arrived and requested a refund. They said it would be 3 to five days later. Five days later no refund but another e mail to say it will be 3 to five days!!! 5 days latet and guess what? No refund or items paid for 17 days earlier.
