I can't get any tracking information on my order that was supposed to be delivered on 10/7/24. I received an email today it's on its way and then nothing after that. The tracking link on my order doesn't work and I can't get a response from any of their contact details. I think this needs reporting to the BBC or something as it's shocking that I'm not the only one experiencing issues with deliveries.

Thereโ€™s a lady name Brinda at customer service in Enfield store.very helpful and lovely person.she deserves a raise. She got so many things to deal with on her own,she was helping everyone there on her own.she help everyone with a smile on her face.well done ๐Ÿ‘

Don't ever buy anything from range online, the worst for customer service pay that little bit extra and goto Amazon

The WORST Customer Service I have ever engaged with! I placed my order 22nd May (2 swinging chairs totalling ยฃ499.90) and still not received the item and 7 weeks later I still have not received the items. I have requested to cancel my order 5 days ago and nobody has processed this. I have sent 6 email messages and twice I waited on their Live Chat for over an hour and still no-one gets back to you! Disgusting and I'm now off to the ombudsman!

First of all I have eventually received my refund for the faulty LaVazza Coffee Machine...Thank you. The reason for the 1 star is that it took numerous chats and having to chase this refund myself. With some of your replies not making sense from the questions I was asking....very frustrating. The range online chats NEVER follow up after the 4 working days have expired that you state on every reply. Its really not fair to your customers and is really bad practice. So much so, that I won't ever purchase anything online again that I can't buy in your stores!! We've always been satisfied with instore purchases so you are really creating bad reviews by not dealing with these problems fairly.....I suggest you get rid of the 'Chats' and put a human in its place. No other Company that deals with on line purchases is as bad as this!

This is the second d time The Range has given me a very disappointing experience. I can't get them to cancel a duplication of my order and actually get them to process my Refunds. Their Chat option is useless. The phone number listed is no longer in operation and only option is via WhatsApp to which they don't reply back with a solution

Well, it looks like nice little scam The Range is pulling off. Ordered set of 2 bedside tables. At checkout just as I was paying I was asked if I wanted to pay for it with my Amazon account. I thought, ok Iโ€™ll do that and completed the payment. Anyway few days later I received delivery of not one, but two sets of bedside tables (4 altogether). Only then I checked my bank account and realised that i was charged twice, once from The Range and once from Amazon and that order was placed twice. Why I think itโ€™s a scam, because I read few other reviews which reported same problem. Now they say I can return one set, but I have to pay for the delivery. Having now read horror reviews I will not be sending things back, as I am very likely not to receive refund. I will definitely not buy anything from them again and I would advise everyone to read reviews here before buying from them.

Don't buy anything from the range that needs delivery. Shocking service but the staff at the Bournemouth branch have an impossible task .been waiting 9 weeks for a delivery now cancelled (no more excuses)

This store has really gone down hill. It's untidy & not all the items are neatly in its place. Plants and flowers section very poor because they had not been watered for days. The cashier seemed bored & fed up. The only reasonable thing is that the prices were okay.

Customer service is an absolute joke! No option to call, no option to select 'complaint' on the 'chat', ignored on whatsapp, fobbed off via emails... Ongoing complaints regarding various 3rd party items for almost 3 months now. Main one being that I returned an item back in April and haven't been refunded for it. On chasing it up, I am constantly having to repeat myself on what the item is and proof of sending it, even though they should have the information numerous times over from my previous complaints. One person even said I might incur a charge for returning the item...errr why!? Absolutely shocking service, which I won't be using again!

customer service as to be the worst ever. received faulty item online purchase, trying to get some sense out of them is near impossible..Im told my email is wrong yet they sent order confirmation, then im told my name doesnt match what on earth, then i send pics of fault, then im asked if i want a replacement YES then can you send pics. I send them again. this is just a roller coaster of madness. No human to talk to, stores wont help as its online purchase..facebook messenger, whatsapp, chat, no response at all..just the emails that go round n round the same thing absolutely disgusting. Im still trying to get a replacement.. money wasted..

I was returning an item purchased from the Range store in Romford, very rude customer service. The manager then argued with me and did not want to take the goods back, although this was illegal. I had to call the senior manager and she refunded my money. A very unpleasant situation.

The range customer service is useless , no one to speak too as when you phone you are told the you can only contact them via email or on line chat. I am waiting for goods to be delivered and was promised on the online chat that they would look into this and update me. 5 days later still no response .The range does not even deserve 1 star

I sent an email and whats app message to cancel and to obtain a refund on 2.7.24. I received a receipt of my order when I clearly stated that I am cancelling and want a refund. I have no replies from either the email after that or a reply to my whats app message. I received the product after 24 hours which would given them ample of time to cancel my order. I tried to contact on 'live chat' and no one replied. It appears no one is interested in the customer after they have paid.

My wife ordered some garden furniture, They say its with panther deliveries, panther say the range has not sent it,have a feeling i have been conned, 4 days later still the same with NO COMMUNICATION From the range, no reply from chat room, just ignored,

I visited the kings Lynn branch on Saturday where I was spoken to absolutely disgusting from Ollie a staff member he was so rude .I payed for my shopping then proceeded to to to the other checkout to help my daughter carry her items , I saw there were wet floor signs out so walked carefully past ,it's then he asked why I'd gone past the sign and made a big thing of it but his manners was so rude and loud , so I tried to explain that a wet floor sign does mean closed off , If he hadn't off being bust chatting to his colleague he may if seen where I was walking and said politely instead off rudely speaking to me like a dish rag . Think someone should speak to Ollie about customer service and he obviously can't do his job properly

The great thing about the range are the wide range of items. Very disappointed with the lack of missing price labels. I would say this has been ongoing for years. Staff on site do not care. I even spoke to a section manager about the issue and she wasn't bothered. Trading standards used to go to stores and check price labels matched the goods. Sadly that isn't the case now. Pity as this is what is letting the range down. Maybe management need a shake up of the importance of prices on goods. It isn't rocket science.
