Trying to arrange collection of items not as described and poor quality is impossible. Bot should be drowned as most unhelpful thing going. Managed to get response by email, emails back & forth not having questions answered agent in the end said she couldn't find my order after talking to me about it for 15 mins. Ridiculous people. So far stuck with 2 (not cheap) items I hate.

Customer service, what customer service. Ordered a bed in grey/silver for my daughter’s bedroom after fitting new grey carpet. Bed arrived and the head and foot boards are cream but the sides are silver. Contacted them to advise and was told all the boxes are the same. Asked is that the case with the cream, silver, grey, black and leather beds and told yes they are all the colour I’ve received. Very hard to believe. Was offered a full refund when I send the bed back but nothing else like alternative colour, different style or anything. Have sent numerous emails only to be told full refund or nothing. Not an option for credit towards another bed. Oh sorry I forgot that there all the same colour in the boxes regardless of what you order it will be cream headboard and cream foot with grey sides.

Still waiting two months later for my refund. Have received emails from 9 different agents. Not one bothering to understand the issue with the refund. An item I bought , just stopped working , so they very quickly and kindly offered a refund. I was very happy. But have I had one ? No. The email received today, states , if you don’t receive your item please contact us. Item??? They asked me to check with my bank. Have done this. And still they say the refund has been paid. Well who the refund has gone to is a mystery. Because I haven’t had one. So frustrating. I’ve asked them to phone me to discuss …. but no. Very poor show .

Really wish I had checked here before ordering. Sadly same as many here, they tried to take multiple payments for a one off Item on a continuous payment loop. Thankfully my bank saw it and blocked them but I had to change my debit card also that caused me massive inconvenience. No apology for that and I cancelled the item 3 weeks ago, refused it and sent it back as they asked and have had zero refund despite telling me they refunded me on over two weeks ago. The story and blame changes continually and new dates are quoted as said to have initiated the refund and nothing. It seems they can take money really fast and try several times in 24 hours but cannot manage to do a refund in over 3 weeks. I am forced to raise a dispute with bank and have written to the retail Ombudsman and have said I will need to take them to small claims court for the refund and lost time. Proof of parcel return, failed refund policy according to their own timelines and the fact they tried to make me pay multiple times for the article has been sent many times with over 20 emails back and forth and getting nowhere. Each time you are answered by what seems a made up name and zero ownership. It really is unbelievable how they treat people and I was told they were reputable but sadly my experience has been terrible as many here. I don't know if their words mean much to me and so called dates of supposed refund have given zero monies despite me waiting over the legal time under consumer law, thus I think it will end in court. My sincere advice is to research well who you buy from. The refund process has abysmal and really I doubt people will ever get one unless they escalate to possible court action and do as I am.

Lost my Grandsons birthday parcel. Won’t discuss where it is as my name is different to my daughters.Awful customer agents.Will never but anything from the range again.

It’s an absolute disgrace I ordered something for my daughter for Christmas as we still have yet to have it delivered I ordered it on the 5th of December and we still have not yet had the item delivered there is no one to speak to to help sort out any issues I would never recommend this place it is now 15th of January with no parcel

Biggest bunch of useless, morons at customer services. I swear my cat would sort out my refund issue quicker. Maths is obviously not their strong point or English. I placed an order for click & collect, had to cancel the order because they emailed to say they didn’t have 1 item in stock & I needed both items as it was 2 tins of same paint. I paid £31.98 (£15.99 each tin). They did first refund £10.99 (£5 short) & second refund £15.99. They can’t seem to work out I paid £31.98 & got refund £26.98. I’m still owed £5. Can’t find phone number to phone them & have asked to be phoned by them but not happened. This is going on from end Nov. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR CLICK & COLLECT. More hassle than anything

Their online customer live chat agents are next to useless. They keep regurgitating the same standard messages and disconnect the chat if they are challenged with questions they don't like. Keep your fingers crossed that if you order online there isn't a problem with your order as they are less than useless trying to solve the problem.

Received a damaged item delivered directly to my house. Tried to return it to the store straight away. The store refused my return and asked to contact Customer Services. I have not been able to return my damaged item and I have not received any refund. This is a breach of consumer rights.

Would not recommend the online service, and after the appalling service from the live chat i will not be using the range full stop. I ordered a wardrobe from them. It was damged when i received it. I went on the live chat, for a replacement to be sent out. I did every thing there asked sent photos and waited 72 hours. After 72 hours had not been updated on the issue. I went back to the live chat. and the customer service from this one was appalling. She said they didnt have the photos. And told me to send them and wait 72 hours. I asked to speak to the manager, and was told the manager was not customer facings. In my opinion live chat is far from customer facing. I asked for this persons name for further reference. And she shut down the chat. Rude, unhelpful, and appalling service. I refuse to be pushed in circles. I then had to go back on the live chat. And after a while speaking to another one. Got sent an email that the seller was going to send out the replacement parts. I said that after the service i received it was a refund that i wanted. But i accepted the parts just to be done with this. I am now waiting for them. But the service is ridiculous there is no number to talk to in person. I asked for the head office number that deal with the live chat that i never got. And still not been able to put in a complaint. End of the day, i brought this item from the range. I should of been refunded from the range. As i brought the damged stoke from them. I will never use the range again. ( My first ) and ( only experience ) from ordering from the range was stressful unpleasant and so frustrating Date of experience: 09 January 2025

I placed order online, baubles that were in the sale at half price, they took the full price payment. Have messaged several times and getting no response. Absolute rip off company, worst customer service I have ever experienced, or should I say there is no customer service!! Please do not order anything online from them as if you have a problem it will NOT get resolved!! You’ve been warned! I’d give zero stars if I could!

I bought items worth £210 not realising it was coming from a Marketplace seller. The seller Garden Greatness an ebay cowboy outfit didn’t send me my items and the range are powerless to help. After telling numerous lies I’m now having to try and get my money back via the bank. Buyer beware.

What is the point of having a live chat if they don't even try to resolve the problem? I bought an electric airer and it was delivered yesterday but it's faulty and I want to send it back as soon as possible but I'm getting no help with how I can do that. Do you have any quality control at your factory? Please respond as soon as possible as I need the refund its the worst company and you can't even phone them and they wont give me a refund

Scammers. Trying to rip off. I received the Christmas Stag. So poor quality. I immediately wanted to return. Took them time to provide me details how to return. Once I've returned as I'm working myself for Evri. They try deny they ever received my parcel. Disorganised, replies take long, I will take this matter further. You ripping off people. Do not buy. Very disappointed.

You need to sort your staff out and learn the law, 3 adults went to the till, 2 monster energy and one Prime HYDRATION (the coconut water not the energy drink) member of staff questioned if it was for one of the children, it was since we've bought them multiple times from another range store and other shops, he refused service claiming it is age restricted, it is not an age restricted product, his attitude towards customers was rude, provocative and unprofessional which lead to a heated argument, after I left the store with my children he proceeded to follow me out and continue the argument thus abandoning his till, followed by 2 other unprofessional members of staff that need to learn the law. Staff should never be following and provoking customers. Needs the sack, especially Logan Evans

We brought a TV cabinet online. It arrived and wasn't as expected not fit for purpose we wanted to return it thinking this should be straight forward. There is only live chat option.was anitly told we would get a response in 72 hours why it is so long we don't no 72 hours passed no response messaged repeatedly via email and was told that we need to return the item via post which is very heavy on there terms of return it states collecting for heavy furniture items quoted this just got a response of we need to post it within 14 days but wait another three working days for label. We asked again for a label as it's not our fault return is not easy. Evenly got the label after protesting. There is no qr code so we had to pay for the label to be printed after trying multiple post offices. And we will be charged to send it back also we have been told to inform them when we send it back and if it gets lost they will not refund. We should have learnt our lesson when we brought a sofa from them three years ago. they say they remove and take away packaging the curriers refused and said they do not do this. Within a week the arm broke it was cardboard inside they asked if we had children or animals jumping on it we said no which we do not. They wanted to reaper it. We said no and asked for an exchange for a more expensive sofa they said no it's repair or return. It took 21 emails three months to sort it out. We had to ask for a refund repeatedly and they said they forgot it took 36 days after they received it for a refund.

I had gone to their Pitsea store to look for an ironing board. SKU 382020, and they had it there which was great but got to the till and it scanned as. 42.99 when it should be 34.99 as shown online. I mentioned to the staff that online it’s a different price so the staff said you can place a click and collect order and we will get this ready for you. The order was then cancelled and when I asked why they said that it’s a different product to online, the code that shows up when they scan the actual item is 382019 but when you enter this in on their website it shows a completely different ironing board. 382019 is a grey ironing board and in fact it is the same name it is the Ultima ironing board but they look different and has a smaller iron rest. 382020 is a red ironing board which is what is stocked in store and has the larger iron rest! I even went to the Southend store today and got the same issue, but in this store the manager was rude and was raising her voice at me saying it’s different I’m not going to change the price! Was absolutely disgusting behaviour and attitude from Micky!!

No refund received after returning item via recorded post. Substantial amount of money which I will continue to make sure I get back. Trading standards being reported to . Unacceptable .
