For the second time running , I went to the store in penge and all of the items I needed were not in stock or not sold despite being on the website as available in store . It is a wasted bus journey for me so the range will not be seeing me again .
In addition the staff are not helpful and the store shabby as well as the usual unloved poor selection of plants . The lupins especially were in very poor condition not fit for sale . Such a disappointment.
