I ordered 3 pack rolls of wall paper, all same colour . when the decorator had done the first roll he opened the second only to find it’s a different colour!! I tried to call range but the number doesn’t work anymore so was told to chat to the robot which wasn’t available to chat either! I write an email and no one even honoured me with a reply! The decorator had to stop as we figure out what next as we couldn’t put the 2 different colours next to each other!!! What an appalling service!!!!!😩

Use to work in the altrincham store was good at first learnt so many new skills but I would not advise anyone to work here they are bully's who do everything possible to destroy your confidence from the area manager and acting store manager right down to the young sales mangers who have been in the job 5 minutes there is zero professionalism sales managers sleeping with a member of staff so he gets away with being lazy an work shy

I ordered 2 fans. So a few days later I went to check on my order. Found it to be cancelled. I had no comms at all from this company. I have no refund yet 3 -5 working days I must wait. They cancelled my order.

Took the money for my item never had any tracking or delivery details followed it up said DPD delivered to an address in an area I don’t even live constantly fobbed off with the odd email after days saying they will look into it repeatedly asked them for a refund get ignored I’ve tried on Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, live chat all go ignored you can’t speak to anyone on the phone the stores don’t pick up their phones either. They steal your money and don’t send your items and it’s the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life I will never order online from them again

Trying to get hold off someone is a joke. Talk to a robot on text message. I would advise do not order on line if you want to buy something go in store. While humans are still working there.

Ordered item, wrong colour sent, which was a lot cheaper then colour I wanted, asked for return, they are ignoring my emails and chat just says they need to contact supplier, 4 working days, will wait then send back via PayPal, but the I have to pay postage!!! Absolutely useless, will NEVER use again, message to THE RANGE “get your act together”!!!!

This company should not be trading, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would advise you stay clear of this company, because any issue you have will not be resolved. I have been for months now for a refund, keep being lied too that a refund has been processed, the customer service lines which took 2 hours to get through have been replaced with robots on chat, which is a joke. Disgusting company, needs to be investigated, shame on you CEO, you should hang your head in shame running a company in this way

Ordered items from The Range which was delivered on 18/06/2024. However, the items received were damaged. Tried to contact The Range but no phone number reachable. Requested to contact them via chat or watsup , but not able to get through to them. Absolutely rubbish and disappointing customer service. Not recommended to shop with them.

Goods oedered on line did not arrive. Customer Service number is useless and after 2 hrs in queue the lines closed but left me in a queue. On line contact is also useless as takes ages to get a reply and still didn't resolve the issue. Even head office don't reply to your letter. Worst Customer Service ever. Just don't order on line.

I've been waiting 2 months for my order. I've contacted The Range numerous times to be told I'll get a response in "4 working days". The last communication I had from them was 4th June. I've chased 3 times since but no reply. Awful service.

Placed an order online. The order was delivered no issues. Two items I received were not fit for purpose. The first item refund was quickly dealt with. The other item (shears) came from Rinkit Ltd. One month later I still have not received a refund. The shears all bent out of shape trying to trim a Bush. Everytime I contact the range I get a different story. Today I was told the retailer Rinkit Ltd didn't know what the fault was and now the person I have spoke to has "clarified" the issue with the retailer. I asked for the complaints procedure which she has gave details of but they do not have a complaints department??? Then cut me off!!! I have tried to leave a review against the item twice now and the keep removing it. I will never shop at the range again. Absolutely shocking service.

Terrible experience so far with an online purchase I cannot take back to.store. I will never get anything again online. They are telling me ad my email address doesn't match the name on the order they cannot help me. My order is in my name and my card was used. My address used and my email address used, this is my maiden mane and an email address can be whatever I choose. This I feel is a delay tactic.

Trip Hazards in Store - Head Office dont care We went to the Falkirk store to look at a mirror my daughter wanted, when there and looking at other things in several aisles I heard my wife shout out and found out that she had tripped over two plastic tubs that were left in the aisles, she thinks she pulled her stomach and was worried as in November she had part of her bowel out because of Bowel Cancer. This was not the only trip hazard in this store as in a couple of other aisles there were basket holders without baskets blocking the aisles and placing a trip hazard there. I have complained to the CEO and have his customer service team come back to me periodically saying they are investigating, but I really cant see they are taking this matter seriously. The CEO seems to be burying his head and never comes back to you personally of which in this situation should. The crux of this matter is that this company left trip hazards all over the place so that there customers can injure themselves, they dont care and dont take things seriously at all. I have now had a response from the Head Office stating that my wife did not trip over and lightly touched a box that was in the way, this goes to show that the CEO Mr Simpkin does not care about any customers of his at all. I will be taking this further, but they have literally said in their email that we can take it further. Absolutely disgusting company that will take your money but does not care about your health and safety while browsing their stores. I would avoid at all cost to stay safe.

Should be investigated. The first company ever. Placed an order 1 month ago. Didn't receive the item or any instructions of delivery. Have spent hours on the the phone waiting to get through. Emailed, done live chat, getting nowhere. I'm about to call my bank to ask about charge back. Shocking they are are allowed to trade like this.

I ordered a 15m garden hose online which when delivered I found was faulty. I emailed customer service about the problem. They wanted proof with pictures, I obliged. They agreed it was faulty, and they asked whether I wanted a discount, replacement or refund. I asked for a refund. All this took weeks, I asked what was happening and they said they are waiting to hear from the supplier. My legal right according to citizens advice is with the retailer. After 6 weeks with nothing being done I took it up with my bank. I showed them documented evidence of my interactions with them, and they agreed to a charge back , so I now have my money returned. I advice anyone who can not get a refund or help from the range to take it up with your bank, it can be credit or debit card. You'll find they can be very helpful.

Looked online to find product, yes in stock at local Southampton antelope park, went to store to collect, asked store assistant, yes in stock in children’s department, went to dept and nothing on shelf, apparently in warehouse not allowed to sell tick xmas, another 6 months time. Not nice. Need a rejgging of stock taking methods.

Charging £10 for Crown's tester paint pots (egyptian cottton). For a measly 40mls. £2 everywhere else. This is why their stores are mostly empty these days

I ordered table chairs and sofa from the range it came fire pit not working half cushions missing after 7 weeks of back and forth with sometimes waiting 4 hours on the phone I told them I wanted it picked up and refunded been promised they would reply 2 weeks later still waiting in meantime have ordered another set and this one is still here I am going to have to call my bank for a charge back as I'm getting nowhere don't think its staff fault its the organisation which isn't fit for purpose please dont buy as it is shocking that they can behave like this
