“Went to the Range as decorating my chalet and needed paint and accessories to start the job. I needed advice and approached a staff member called Terrance for help and advice. He was easy to speak to, knowledgeable and showed keanness to help. I quickly found what I needed with his assistance and knowledge of what was required for me to begin work.”

“Sittingbourne branch - Friday 30th May 2025 I would like to personally thank Paula at the Sittingbourne branch for helping me whilst I was having a diabetic hypo. She stayed very calm and stopped serving customers to ensure I was ok. She kept me calm and talking whilst I was drinking my full fat coke and made sure I was ok all the time. I was very conscious that she was leaving customers to help me (please note there were very few customers at this point) but equally I’m so grateful she was there to help, It’s nice to know there are kind, good hearted people there”

“I have purchased several items from this company in store and online I purchased two recliner sofas from them and it was a good price and good quality the company kept me updated about my delivery and when it arrived two nice delivery men carried it in and assembled it top marks to everyone”

“Absolutely rubbish company been trying to call customer services what a joke !! The message keeps repeating itself over and over choose a number some idiot goes bk to beginning again !! I’m so discusted so how can I return a rug if I can’t get the reply I need had no returns invoice thinking the whole company is a bloody sham!!!! I’ll not be ordering online again from range terrible service nothing good to say here”

“Really happy with the egg chair, it arrived safely just after the email to say it was dispatched no text or email to inform as to what time or day, but fortunately we were all in. Was well packaged so no damage. Very pleased.”

“I would like to say a massive thank you to Shane the area manager for the Doncaster branch who went above and beyond to help me when I encountered a problem. He was helpful friendly and enthusiastic and is a credit to the range. I am still reeling at how nothing was too much trouble and the team moral was amazing. Every staff member I spoke to was not surprised how massively helpful he was saying ‘that’s Shane he is just so nice and kind’ THANK YOU SO MUCH SHANE YOU WERE AMAZING 😄”
