“We visited The Range in Lincoln to view a pet buggy. They were packed in boxes so we asked if we could see it out of the box. Two members of staff (Joe and Shannon from Lincoln branch) helped us and put together the pet buggy for us to view and try. We asked if we could try it in our car as we wanted to store it behind the front seat. It was not a problem. Shannon came with us and helped us. It was a perfect fit. We walked back into the store and Shannon took us straight to a till and we paid for our purchase. The help we received today was excellent. Well done Shannon and Joe.”

“The Range at Somercotes , is one of the best. The staff are all helpful, hard working kind and friendly. The deputy manager John, is a asset to the company he goes out of his way above and beyond . I just want to say a big thank you to him and hope that you appreciate his service to the company..”

“We visited the range team valley gateshead this morning I went to order coffee my husband who has asthma had to sit on 1 of your benches he slipped off 2 lovely lady rann over and members of your staff joined them TAO VICTORIA VANESSA also a another member of staff a lady but did not get name and manager steve helped him up calmed me down I cant thank them enough luckly he is OK the staff are a credit to company thank you 1 again”

“I bought some flat pack garden furniture from Eccles store it was extremely difficult to assemble I took the pieces back to the store and the most amazing member of staff Jack Grindley spent over an hour assembling it for me and even put it in my car what a superstar The Manager and staff were all friendly and helpful”

“Nothing wrong with the range itself, dont know who manufactures the table and chair sets, but never in my life have I ever found such a difficult set of chairs to put together, holes drilled in the wrong place for the chair seats, have to use an Alan key inside such a small space so the key can only turn halfway and takes ages for one screw to go in. Does the directors or anyone from management never look at reviews, everyone says the same thing, the Lexington chairs are a complete nightmare to put together, in fact I wanted to give up at one stage only I couldn't let it beat me, even through the breakdown!!”

“Went to the Range as decorating my chalet and needed paint and accessories to start the job. I needed advice and approached a staff member called Terrance for help and advice. He was easy to speak to, knowledgeable and showed keanness to help. I quickly found what I needed with his assistance and knowledge of what was required for me to begin work.”

“Sittingbourne branch - Friday 30th May 2025 I would like to personally thank Paula at the Sittingbourne branch for helping me whilst I was having a diabetic hypo. She stayed very calm and stopped serving customers to ensure I was ok. She kept me calm and talking whilst I was drinking my full fat coke and made sure I was ok all the time. I was very conscious that she was leaving customers to help me (please note there were very few customers at this point) but equally I’m so grateful she was there to help, It’s nice to know there are kind, good hearted people there”

“I have purchased several items from this company in store and online I purchased two recliner sofas from them and it was a good price and good quality the company kept me updated about my delivery and when it arrived two nice delivery men carried it in and assembled it top marks to everyone”

“There’s a lady name Brinda at customer service in Enfield store.very helpful and lovely person.she deserves a raise. She got so many things to deal with on her own,she was helping everyone there on her own.she help everyone with a smile on her face.well done 👍”

“Absolutely rubbish company been trying to call customer services what a joke !! The message keeps repeating itself over and over choose a number some idiot goes bk to beginning again !! I’m so discusted so how can I return a rug if I can’t get the reply I need had no returns invoice thinking the whole company is a bloody sham!!!! I’ll not be ordering online again from range terrible service nothing good to say here”
