“They didn't have my items in stock, so a very helpful shop assistant went out of her way to assist me. She was already busy doing something else, but she stopped to help. She was very polite and helpful. Says 7/14 days wait for delivery to store, so not too long of a wait.”

“Loads of choice had my 10 years old granddaughter with me who loved the experience and got lots of quirky things, The staff were very friendly and help full Amy who served us in the Darlington store was very pleasant so thankyou for a good shopping experience will definitely use The Range again”

“Good morning, I would like to put a message out to Harlow range we visited on Saturday we were greeted by a young lady on customer service who was outstanding on her service. I visited with my disabled husband We had a laugh about Halloween Christmas fireworks . She even went her way to help us to find things . If I am right Her was reshma I would be visiting the Harlow store because of her service and it was outstanding visiting the Harlow range i’ve been in all different ranges but this Harlow store range stands out on the service and on the floor helpers. Me and my husband are very Happy with the service . To the manager and Harlow store you have a outstanding customer service young lady who dropped her bits and came and said hello and a warm welcome. “Went into Rotherham store on friday I was looking for some new ideal for my flat in the gift department but couldn't make up my mind so i asked a lady called sam who was working gift she was so helpful and friendly went out of her way to help me out I will definitely be going back to Rotherham store”

“I was served by a man called Darren not once but on two seperate occasions. He was absolutely delightful, I actually can not praise him enough. He was extremely attentive, pack my glassware with so much care, took an interest in my baby and arranged for another of member of staff to help me to the car on both occasions. You do not get customer service like this anymore so I was amazed. All of the staff at the Kings Lynn branch are helpful but Darren goes above and beyond. Thank you Darren for making my experience effortless. 10/10.”
