“They resolved a return issue for me . The manager at the Ballymena store was helpful and apologetic. I am happy with the customer service I received at the range.”

“I was served by a man called Darren not once but on two seperate occasions. He was absolutely delightful, I actually can not praise him enough. He was extremely attentive, pack my glassware with so much care, took an interest in my baby and arranged for another of member of staff to help me to the car on both occasions. You do not get customer service like this anymore so I was amazed. All of the staff at the Kings Lynn branch are helpful but Darren goes above and beyond. Thank you Darren for making my experience effortless. 10/10.”

“Bought an apartment last year and have just this last week moved in. I stayed several times at The Bold Boutique 100% per cent excellent and visited the Range many times. On each occasion the staff were a credit to this Company hopefully they are appreciated. Aida helped me with lighting and embossed canvases. Helen on check out could have done no more, lovely lady, great to deal with. Mike put purchases in my car and was very pleasant. My favourite shop in Southport.”

“could not find what I was looking for so I asked an employee and he took me to the other side of the store to where the photo albums were on display it was no trouble to him and the quality of the goods were first class.”

“My wife and I regularly shop at The Range and find items in there that we can not find elsewhere, but today I went there without any idea if I would find what I wanted. I asked Tracy and she new exactly what I could use, and dashed off to collect it for me. Having recently purchased two lengths of vinyl table covers, I wanted something to roll them up on. Tracy went into the storage area and returned with two discarded cardboard tubes, then came with me to the checkout to explain that they were at no cost. She was very cheerful and pleased to see me happy. That is great customer service.”

“Joy at the cash till was very helpful Indeed to me and my sister. The customer who was served after us was very rude, she be littled Joy and was down right sarcastic to her. Joy was not in the wrong and still she apologized to this awful customer. She carried out her professionalism to the utmost, well done Joy😁”

“This is the only source of a particular product that we wanted. We were looking for large (50 x 30 cm) and completely transparent work-surface protectors, and could only find exactly what we wanted on The Range website. They arrived very promptly and were extremely well-packaged.”
